Infinite Women run monthly sessions for women to get together, to share and learn from each other and have FUN!

After almost 4 decades of developing groups and projects in her role as a youth and community worker, in 2021, Karen felt inspired by an outside force to develop groups to bring women together from all backgrounds, ages, and cultures, to nurture and empower each other in safe and nourishing environments, to learn and grow together.

The aim being to grow and develop 'community' from the bottom up, using Holistic Health, Holistic Living, Sustainability, Friendship and Fun as the tools to create the growth. And so in March 2022 the first ever Infinite Women session rolled out in Chorley at The Harmony Hub, brainchild of Reiki Master Liz Whittall, a Holistic Community Centre in the heart of a busy community with a similar vision and ethics.

By the end of April two more venues came on board, with The Garden Studio on Heapey Road, a. Calming Yoga studio at the home of yoga teacher Karen Henderson, and at Chakra Cottage in Whittle-le-Woods the home of Shirley Jones completing the trio and helping the dream of venues being in local women's homes become a reality.

On 8th July 2022 just 4 months after launching (and after International Women's Day) Infinite Women was officially registered as a Community Interest Company, as a not for profit organisation, with community benefit at its heart.

Since then several more women have expressed an interest in connecting and becoming a hostess, but we held off until we felt sure we had bedded the structure and format for the sessions in.

We believe Infinite Women will and is to grow organically and the conditions are now perfect to be launching our next phase, with 6 new groups coming on board, starting from the end of April 2023, in Ashton, (Preston) at the home of Julie Lightfoot, CORE 3 Wellness Centre in Lostock Hall, at St. Mary’s Community Centre in Leyland and at the home of Cheryl Towey in Morecambe.

Several more Infinite Women have been nurtured and burst forth into the world in Whelley, Wigan at the home of Cheryl Ball and at the home of Beccy Jones in Radcliffe, Bolton.

In August we launched our second group in the Preston area at Intact Centre on Whitby Avenue in Ingol, Preston, a sister group for the one in Ashton at the home of Julie Lightfoot.

Founder Karen Martyniuk said "We are so blessed to be surrounded by awesome women who are keen to connect, to share their skills, knowledge and talents, to become hostesses and to learn from each other, what a great community is growing all around us."

When inspired to create Infinite Women......Karen was given the sense that this would grow to be a national organisation with international groups being set up too, but she never envisaged that it would grow so quickly, which is all thanks to the amazing women that have connected and given their time, commitment and passion so far.

We are so excited for what the future holds.
